Leadership Forum for Youth, Adventurers & Pathfinder Leaders

Gear Up is a Christ-centred leadership experience for Pathfinder, Adventurer, and Youth leadership.

It’s a space to come together, grow, be encouraged, and be reminded of why we serve. We’ll explore what it means to lead like Jesus-with humility, wisdom, courage, and a heart for people.

You’ll also pick up practical tools, fresh ideas, and encouragement to take back into your ministry.

Most of all, Gear Up is about growing the heart and hands of a servant leader -drawing closer to Jesus and being ready to serve where God has called you.

To ensure a focused and effective training experience, each church ministry may register up to five attendees.

All attendees must be 18+ years.

Registrations close Monday, 1 February 2027.

The North New Zealand Conference would like to invest in your training and upskilling and has therefore subsidised the registration fee. We encourage your local churches to also assist you by subsidising 50% of the remaining registration fee, if possible.
