Leadership Forum for Youth, Adventurers & Pathfinder Leaders

Gear Up is a Christ-centred leadership initiative designed to equip and inspire leaders to serve with purpose. Through this experience, you will explore what it means to lead with humility, wisdom, and conviction, guided by the Spirit. Develop both the heart and hands of a servant leader, grow, reflect, and be prepared to make a meaningful impact in the place God has called you.

Please note: This leadership training is specifically designed for Youth Ministry Leaders and Assistants, as well as Senior Leadership Teams from Pathfinder and Adventurer Clubs. This includes Club Directors, Deputy Directors, Secretaries/Treasurers, and one or two emerging leaders.

To ensure a focused and effective training experience, each church ministry may register up to five attendees. 

All attendees must be 18+ years.

The North New Zealand Conference would like to invest in your training and upskilling and has therefore subsidised the registration fee. We encourage your local churches to also assist you by subsidising 50% of the remaining registration fee, if possible.
