Any player changes in successfully registered teams must then be emailed to NNZYouth@adventist.org.nz by 5 pm 18 May 2026.

Before you begin, please ensure you have collected the following details from each team member. These must be uploaded to complete registration.

Photo of a student ID, driver’s licence, or passport (required for proof of age)
A clear, high-quality head-and-shoulders photo of the player
This photo will be used for the player’s Basketball ID to access the courts.

I understand any request for any player changes must be in writing and approved by the local Church Pastor OR Youth Leader. All changes must be emailed/ phoned to the Conference office by 5 pm, 18 May 2026.
