This year, each player may participate in only one event per category. Please select:

Note: For all doubles events (including mixed), both players must register. If only one player registers, the game will be cancelled.

If any player is aged 12 to 15 years, a parent or guardian must download and complete the waiver form. This form needs to be uploaded in order to complete your registration.
