Assumption of Risks: I understand that badminton involves physical exertion, movement, and certain inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and injuries from racquets or shuttlecocks. I acknowledge that my child’s participation in badminton carries the risk of injury, both minor and severe.

Waiver of Liability: I, on behalf of myself and my child, waive, release, and discharge any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, or responsibilities of any kind whatsoever against the organisers, officials, volunteers, facility owners, and any other parties associated with this badminton tournament. I understand that this waiver includes claims arising from their negligence, actions, or omissions.
